Tracking Information

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

  • lost packages due to incorrect addresses

  • failed deliveries caused by customer input errors

  • unclaimed shipments

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Delayed Packages
