These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made through the CALMLY website. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.

CALMLY offers cosmetic products intended for external use only.

CALMLY reserves the right to modify product information, pricing, availability, or packaging at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders

By placing an order, the customer confirms:

  • that all information provided is accurate and complete

  • that they are authorized to use the selected payment method

  • that they understand and accept these Terms & Conditions

CALMLY reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, or suspicious activity.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the selected currency and may exclude applicable taxes or customs duties depending on the customer’s country.

CALMLY reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.

CALMLY shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers

  • customs procedures

  • weather conditions

  • incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • events beyond reasonable control

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and cosmetic safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.

Returns may only be accepted for:

  • damaged items

  • incorrect items received

  • products arriving defective

Any request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • order number

  • clear photos of the product and packaging

CALMLY reserves the right to refuse refund or replacement requests that do not meet these conditions.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method only.

6. Product Use & Skin Reactions

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists prior to purchase.

CALMLY shall not be held responsible for:

  • allergic reactions

  • skin sensitivities

  • misuse of products

  • incompatibility with other skincare or cosmetic products

Customers are encouraged to perform a patch test before full application.

CALMLY’s total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

10. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

CALMLY reserves the right to dispute any abusive chargeback or fraudulent payment claim.

Any suspicious order or fraudulent activity may be reported to the relevant authorities and payment providers.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the country in which the business operates.

Any dispute arising from the use of the website or purchase of products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
